Welcome to Havasu Horseback Rides, where trainer Jenna Cobb and her team bring horses and people together in the hills of Lake Havasu at Cool Pines Ranch.
With two locations, including our expansive Yucca, AZ ranch, riders have limitless space to learn, grow, and enjoy the outdoors.

Summer Camps
Saddle up little trotters for summer fun at
Beat the Heat Horse Camp in Lake Havasu.
This is a beginner-friendly, entry-level horse experience, perfect for young horse lovers, ages 7 and up!
With guided help early on, kids
will be walking and even trotting solo by the final day. Fun games, competitions, and
cool- offs provide added excitement.
4-day camp ( Choose Week 1 , Week 2 or both)

Jenna is so patient, caring, and fun! My son and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
We loved the riding lessons! The instructors are knowledgeable and patient, making learning fun and rewarding.
We enjoy participating in gymkhanas and meeting other horse lovers. We will be joining HHR at more.

4 untouched yearlings will be part of our new program of assigning our more experienced kids and adults a horse to work with. This will be a 2 month program, 4 days a week. Must attend the clinic to qualify.
Summer Camp Fun
Next Camp Summer 26'
-Beat the heat -
This is a beginner entry level horse camp! Kids 7 and up are welcome to attend and will learn all there is to know about horses! We go over horse safety, how to catch and lead your horse, how to tie, how to saddle, how to brush, and of course how to ride! Riding will be assisted the first two days and by the last day kids will be walking and some trotting by themselves. We also have fun games, competitions, and cool offs in between. This will be a 4 day event. Starting Monday and ending Thursday the first two weeks of June. 7 to 9 am! 2 hours of educational horse fun! Sign up here at
Gymkana Extravaganza Coming soon Nov 25'
Are you ready to join in the fun with HHR at the upcoming Gymkhana events. Check back for upcoming schedule after summer 2025 Gymkana is a fun, fast-paced equestrian event that features a series of timed games and obstacle courses on horseback. It's all about speed, agility, and control, often with a playful and competitive twist.
